Sister Churches in India
The Schaumburg Triblocal edition is reporting that Schaumburg is pursuing a sister city relationship with Hyderabad, India. I applaud Schaumburg’s desire to enter into this type of relationship with a city in India. Our community has a growing Asian Indian population and this seems to be a fitting gesture. read on
Thank You God For Saving Me Because …
On Sunday Pastor Scott encouraged those in attendance to rejoice in God’s provision of salvation through Jesus Christ (see Romans 5:11) by writing down the completion of this thought “Thank you God for saving me because ….” read on

God’s Hand in Our World
Pastor Scott began a new teaching series on Sunday entitled God’s Hand in Our World. This series will be studying God’s providential control of the events in our life through the lens of the book of Esther. The series will conclude on February 27, 2011.
Project Help Haiti
Help our brothers and sisters in Christ by giving to Project Help Haiti. Project Help Haiti is being sponsored by Gospel Literature Services. All gifts given will be forwarded directly to Project Help Haiti. Project Help Haiti will assist by giving 2nd wave aid to assist partnering ministries such as orphanages and church rebuild and minister to the people of Haiti. Project Help Haiti will be sponsoring building crews, medical aid, and other help ministry trips to Haiti once the situation there has stabilized.
