Get Involved!

Churches should look like their communities. Great Commission Baptist Church is off to a great start as we continue to form but we need your help! We are especially praying that God would bring people from a variety of ethnic backgrounds to be a part of our church mission: putting God’s love in action by biblically building worship, relationships, and churches. We are currently looking for people to participate in the following ministries.

• Sunday Morning Services – a time of corporate worship together as a family including worship through music, preaching and teaching from the Bible, and regular corporate communion.
• Children’s Ministry – Special classes and services for the younger generation. If you have a gift of teaching or just like to spend time with the young people this may be the ministry for you.
• Music Ministry Team – This team will work together to lead the congregation in worship on Sunday mornings as well as at other events and services of the church.
• Nursery – A special place for all those adults who like to hold and cuddle babies!
• Outreach Team – A group of people organizing specific outreach opportunities for the church as a whole to reach out to the community in simple, loving ways.
• And More! – Maybe you have a passion or skill that does quite fit into one of these categories. We would love to explore partnering with what God is doing in your life.
